friends is a mobile café project, created to deliver a more exciting and convenient way of drinking coffee. It is intended to go around public places in the city to serve your go-to beverages on the spot.

Despite the easy accessibility, the design of the trailer attracts many eyes from distance with its bright and playful color palette, not to mention the giant cup and the well-lit logo sign on top. We want to create a joyful and fun adventure for people while getting coffee with their friends. Upon queueing, the massive awning window opens up and welcomes all passing crowds, creating shade for in-line customers as well as revealing the interior furnishing and staff's activities.

The interior space is compact yet practically organized to house adequate machines and equipment for a variety of drinks and storage for miscellaneous items. We bring a tad of vintage texture such as rustic wood plank cladding and signboards to complete the appearance of this rolling cart experience.
