Situated in the northwest part of Phnom Penh, a pitched-roof flat house stands its ground apart from the surrounding housings by the usage of sustainable approaches and materials with a touch modern and minimalist aesthetic.

A new interior layout allows users to explore a complete diverse sense of space with an integration of an internal courtyard and skylights. The purpose of ventilation blocks is to allow natural air to flow freely from floor to floor. The central space of the house is illuminated by the skylights throughout the day, resulting in less energy consumption.
